When is Frostival open?
24 nights: Nov 28 & 29, Dec 3 to 6, then every night from Dec 10 through Dec 27, 2026. Through Dec 10 we're open 5:30 to 10 PM with entry times from 5:30 to 8:00 PM. From Dec 11 we're open 5:30 to 10:30 PM with entry times from 5:30 to 8:30 PM. You pick an entry time when you book, and VIPs can arrive any time during entry hours. See the calendar.
How much are tickets?
Prices change by night and go up as nights fill, so the earlier you book, the better the price. Kids 4 to 11 start at $16, ages 12 and up start at $21, the Family Pass (2 adults + 2 kids) starts at $60, and VIP tickets, which include entry, start at $35 for kids and $45 for adults. Kids 3 and under are free. See tickets.

Parking is on-site at Howell Family Farms, 4016 W Division St, Arlington, TX 76012, for $10 per vehicle, cash or card. Get directions.

Is visiting Santa really free?
Yep. Every guest with a Frostival ticket can visit Santa at no extra cost. VIP guests get to skip the line. Just note that December 24 is Santa’s last night.
What's included with a regular ticket?
The trail of lights, the Snowball & Flurry show, a visit with Santa, Santa's reindeer, holiday character meet-and-greets and the 200-foot holiday slide.
What is the Snowball & Flurry show?
A 4D special-effects night show starring two snowmen, Snowball and Flurry, on our castle stage, with animation, original music and effects like snow, bubbles, fog, sky beams and fire. It's included with every ticket. Watch the trailer.
Do little ones need a ticket?
Kids 3 and under get in free. Kids 4–11 need a child ticket, and guests 12 and up need an adult ticket.
Is there a family deal?
Yes. The Family Pass covers 2 adults and 2 kids in one ticket, starting at $60, and costs less than buying four tickets separately.
What do I get with VIP?
VIP is a full entry ticket (from $35 for kids and $45 for adults) with the extras built in: skip-the-line Santa visits, flexible entry any time during entry hours, free hot chocolate, a free Holiday Haunt ticket, a free VR ticket and 15% off at the Frostival store. That's a $60 value.

Can I get a refund or exchange?
Tickets are non-refundable. You can exchange them for another date up to 48 hours before your visit for $5 per ticket. We can't exchange within 48 hours of the event.
What if the weather is bad?
If we close a night for inclement weather, you'll be able to reschedule to another date.
